Deep Due Diligence
Every deal undergoes rigorous financial, legal, and operational review. We stress-test assumptions, verify track records, and assess management integrity before proceeding.
Risk Structuring
We negotiate downside protections including senior secured positions, personal guarantees, and governance rights. Upside is secondary to capital preservation.
Ongoing Monitoring
Post-investment, we maintain active oversight with monthly reporting, covenant tracking, and direct access to management. Transparency is non-negotiable.
